Position Title:Materials Scheduler

Reports to:Material Manager

Work Location:Maplewood Facility - Holland, MI

We have an exciting opportunity at our Maplewood facility for a problem solver, a change agent who is excited about taking Motus to the NEXT level.The

Materials Scheduler

will be responsible for scheduling materials and services to ensuring all projects are on schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scheduling of materials and services to ensure 100% final product delivery while minimizing inventory, handling and logistics costsReview and communicate daily and weekly material requirements for both assembled and supplied productsPrepare and release forecasted material requirements for all products as requiredWork with engineering and operations to assist in coordination of engineering/process changes and minimization of obsolete materials and at-risk inventoryMaintain required parameter information for all productsCoordinate the shipping and receipt of both standard and non-standard inbound/ outbound shipments to support plant operations and customer requirementsManagement and verification of inventory planning and control methods and operations.Conformance to all BOS and TS requirements applicable to positionMaintain Bill of Materials and add required parametersReconcile all issues regarding inventory, delivery and cost with both customer and supplier as requiredREQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2+ years of manufacturing environment experienceKnowledge of shipping and receiving processKnowledge of a Material Requirement Planning systemKEY COMPETENCIES
