Summary:

The Treasury Analyst at GoodLeap supports the Capital Markets and Treasury teams in funding and selling residential solar and home improvement loans. They manage loan warehouses, whole loan purchase facilities, and asset-backed securitizations while assisting in investor relationship management. The role involves coordinating with lenders, capital partners, and vendors to initiate, price, and settle trades. Advanced Excel and intermediate to advanced SQL skills are required to produce financial models that optimize warehouse allocation, forecast funding and sales, and analyze the cost of capital. The analyst also supports pricing model maintenance and collaborates closely with the Capital Markets, Treasury, Finance, and Accounting teams. This position reports to the VP of Treasury.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Initiates, prices, and settles whole loan sales by generating and delivering loan schedules, pricing models, loan agreements, and underwriting documents to investors.Interfaces directly with investors and/or vendors of investors during loan reviews and collaborates closely with other functional departments - including Product Development, IT, Loan Operations, and/or Underwriting - to respond to questions and clear exceptions.Assists management with analysis which supports the implementation of strategies related to the funding and sale of residential solar and home improvement loans.Supports Treasury's funding operation by managing and operating GoodLeap's revolving warehouse credit facilities.Onboards new investors and performs ongoing investor and management reporting.Maintains and develops Microsoft Excel based models including the Sales Engine, Funding Engine, Pricing Model, and Broker Fee tracker. Drives automation by assisting with the development and maintenance of treasury software solutions.Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Bachelor's degreeExperience in treasury, finance, or asset-backed securitizationsExperience in financial services, consumer finance, or renewable energy financeAdvanced Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and supporting GoodLeap's consumer finance operationsSkilled in manipulating and analyzing large datasetsStrong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to management, investors, and external partiesAbility to work cross-functionally with Finance, Capital Markets, Product Development, IT, Underwriting, and Loan Operations teams, while professionally representing the company to funding and capital partnersCurious and tenacious problem solverSolid knowledge of finance, accounting, business operationsIntermediate to advanced SQL skills are preferred

Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, DOE
