Job Title:Accounting Manager, F&B

Pay Details:The annual base salary range for this position in California is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.

This is a full-time, exempt position located at ACC in Anaheim who will manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable primarily for the F&B department. The Accounting Manager will develop and maintain processes for multiple entities, enforce spending policies, and manage internal controls (financial reporting). This role requires 5-10 years of experience in accounting/finance. Experience in working with multiple entities is required.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily operations of the accounting departmentManage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functionsCash Flow ManagementBudget Management, assist in monitoring of budgets and analyze variancesReview and approve journalsPrepare Recap Reports for eventsReconcile intercompany accountsBalance Sheet SchedulesAssist in revenue and expenditure variance analysisEnsure monthly and year-end process deadlines are metAssist in ad hoc reporting & projectsAchieve financial accounting objectives as set by the companyAssist in year-end financial auditsEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactionsSkills

BS Degree in Accounting or Finance preferredAdvanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a mustKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 software is a plusProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principlesAble to direct and superviseHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong leadership skillsDedication to driving and achieving results
