Accounting Manager, F&B
Pay Details:
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.
This is a full-time, exempt position located at ACC in Anaheim who will manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable primarily for the F&B department. The Accounting Manager will develop and maintain processes for multiple entities, enforce spending policies, and manage internal controls (financial reporting). This role requires 5-10 years of experience in accounting/finance. Experience in working with multiple entities is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Cash Flow Management
- Budget Management, assist in monitoring of budgets and analyze variances
- Review and approve journals
- Prepare Recap Reports for events
- Reconcile intercompany accounts
- Balance Sheet Schedules
- Assist in revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Ensure monthly and year-end process deadlines are met
- Assist in ad hoc reporting & projects
- Achieve financial accounting objectives as set by the company
- Assist in year-end financial audits
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactions
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 software is a plus
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Able to direct and supervise
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong leadership skills
- Dedication to driving and achieving results
