The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and metal fabrication, with strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This role involves creating metal components and structures from raw materials, ensuring the quality and integrity of the final product. If you're interested, Apply Now!Key Responsibilities:Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate metal components accurately.Use a variety of tools and machinery, including shears, rollers, and bending machines, to cut and shape metal.Assemble metal parts and weld them securely using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for precision and adherence to specifications.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment.Maintain accurate documentation of materials used and time spent on each project.Operate equipment including welders, grinders, shearing machines, and overhead cranes while adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE).Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum 1-year fabrication/welding experience or equivalent advanced education.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.Ability to use measuring tools and perform layout techniques for structural steel fabrication.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina to handle heavy materials and stand for long periods.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.#indMMIS
