Responsibilities of the Controller
- Month end close
- Journal entries
- Develop and maintain the budget and provide budget vs actual reports
- WIP: Work in Progress
- Job costing
- Supervise a staff of 3 individuals
- Strategic partner to Operations Manager and Branch Manager
Qualifications of the Controller
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or relevant experience
- Construction or Service industry experience is required
- WIP (work in progress) experience
- Current or prior supervisory experience
