Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5 PM

A leading manufacturer headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Procurement Associate. This role offers an opportunity to support our client's fast-paced procurement team and contribute to our client's diverse operations across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter purchase orders into the ERP system for various categories and locations.
- Validate quantities, resolve price discrepancies, and verify physical receipt of incoming orders in collaboration with multiple departments.
- Ensure timely routing of invoices to Accounts Payable and packing slips to the designated Procurement Clerk.
- Provide backup support to the procurement team and assist with varying tasks as needed.
Must-Have:
- 1-2 years of Admin Assistant experience (preferably in purchasing, buying, or procurement).
- Experience working with ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in purchasing/procurement.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics AX.
- Dress Code: Business casual (jeans are fine).
