Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time
- Manage credit collections and credit holds
- Utilize software for daily tasks
- Ensure accuracy in your work and maintain organized records
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders when necessary
Must Have:
- Any level of AP or AR experience
- Ability to work fully onsite
Preferred:
- Currently pursuing or already possess a degree in Accounting
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Quick learner who can work independently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills
- Able to stay focused in an open-office environment
- Self-directed, organized, and proactive with customer service
