• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure all tax filings and regulatory requirements are completed timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role as an Accounting Manager
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
