Overview of the Senior Director of Finance role:

• Manage accounting, budgetary, and financial planning activities for 2 services lines (pharmacy and ambulatory surgery centers)
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with internal stakeholders, providing timely and accurate financial analysis and support
• The Sr. Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to leadership
  
• Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making and identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Provide financial oversight in areas including business development, financing, and ROI analysis, supporting strategic initiatives
• Lead budgeting efforts, providing variance analysis and support to operational leaders to ensure efficient and effective processes
• Conduct predictive modeling and analysis to evaluate changing regulatory and market forces
• Provide financial oversight in reimbursement, completely monthly close schedules and accounting journal entries accurately

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Director of Finance:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• 5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
