This high-visibility role reports directly to the CFO and has the potential to move up into an Accounting Manager or Controller level position. Casual environment with good work/life balance
Responsibilities- Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Responsible for preparation Sales Tax returns for over 30 States, including State, County, City, and Special Jurisdiction tax returns
- Prepare and post journal entries through manual entry and excel upload
- Participate in the month-end close
- Prepare and distribute financial statements and management reports
- Assists in creating forms and manuals for accounting department
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years general accounting or auditing experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- Sales tax experience
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range is $85,000 to $90,000
- This is an in office role in Hudson
