Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Manage and train direct reports
• Responsible for month end and financial statement preparation
• Partner with external auditors and assist in the preparation of workpapers
• Prepare and present annual budgets and forecasts
• Perform ad-hoc reporting
• Be an integral part of the management team, assist with strategy and benchmarking

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Understanding of GAAP Compliance
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA Preferred
• Construction Experience

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary $145,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
• Great benefits
• This position is bonus eligible
• The role is on site every day, there is no work from home option
• Office is located in Willoughby
