Accounting Assistant
About the Company
Our client is a polymer research and development company with over 30 years' experience in polymer adhesives. They are one of the most innovative manufacturers within their industry. They are looking for an Accounting Assistant to work closely with their Controller.
Responsibilities
- Calculate liabilities and prepare monthly reconciliation reports of sales tax liabilities
- Match A/P invoices to receivers/packing slips received from warehouse
- Verify supplier invoices to orders and receipts
- Process orders for billing
- Enter orders/releases and process for billing as needed
- Print/run and distribute invoices/credits and various reports
- Code and enter supplier credits for payables
- Enter journal entries into ERP system as assigned with a high degree of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- HR experience preferred
- Desired experience includes 3-5 years' experience in the Accounting/HR FieldSpunfab
- Good communication skills including verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range is $50,000 to $65,000
- You will work in their office located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio
