Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Manager role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP processes, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Duties of the Accounts Payable Manager:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP professionals.
