Overview of the opportunity
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Collaborate on financial reporting, general ledger management, and tax planning strategies.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Collaborating with clients to work toward common goals.
- Provide insights through financial data analysis to support decision making and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Work with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications for the opportunity
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work analytically and independently
