Entry Level Accounting Assistant

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with one of the largest privately held full service Real Estate firms in New England with more than 60 years of continuous operations. This fast-growing organization is hiring an Accounting Assistant.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Import and reconcile files
• Post daily transactions to the general ledger
• Audit reports automatically generated
• Assist with information for the month-end close
• Manage billing
• Post miscellaneous income to the general ledger

Background Expected:

• Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance or experience equivalent
• 1+ years of accounting experience (internships considered)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and any major ERP
