What you will be doing as a Global Finance Manager…
- Build strong relationships with senior management, especially the Vice President of the business.
- Serve as a member of the Global and Americas Business Team.
- Oversee all controlling processes, reports, and KPIs, ensuring they are timely, accurate, and insightful.
- Actively participate in developing and challenging business plans, forecasts, and capital projects.
- Understand all relevant business aspects, from raw material contracts to supply chain and operations, to support effectively.
- Provide analytical insights into budget variances and operational performance, and offer cost analysis support.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with business partners, communicate financial performance and key issues, and offer insights to achieve financial goals.
- Develop financial business models and proactively identify business opportunities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Enhance business management's confidence in financial statements.
- Support cross-functional business areas such as HR, SCM, Finance, and Legal with reports and analyses.
- Navigate a dynamic regional market with complex business setups across four sites globally
What you need to bring to the table as a Global Finance Manager….
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- SAP experience
- 10+ years of related experience
- Direct Management experience
