Key Responsibilities of the AP Accountant:

• AP Management: As an AP Accountant, you'll oversee corporate accounts payable using Great Plains, handling approvals, coding across multiple entities, and processing wire payments.
• Reconciliations: Perform balance sheet and bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Journal Entries & Month-End Close: Assist in month-end close activities by preparing and posting journal entries.
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Acquisition Integration: Assist with clean-up work related to recent acquisitions.
• Special Projects: Take on additional duties and projects as needed, allowing you to explore various aspects of the financial operations.

What We Need:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Education: A degree in accounting is strongly preferred.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in a business-casual environment.
