Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve IT infrastructure and operations.
- Monitor and manage the company's network, servers, and computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing robust security measures and responding to security incidents.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
- Train and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux operating systems and various software applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
