Responsibilities of Property Accountant:
- Compile monthly and yearly sales tax filings.
- Collect and post all tenant payments.
- Reconcile all cash, escrow and investment accounts.
- Maintain depreciation/amortization schedules.
- Prepare annual escalation/recovery settlement invoices.
- Annual income and expense and personal property filings.
- Third party funding requisitions.
Preferred Qualifications for Property Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree
- 3+ years' experience
- Accounting experience with Property Management strongly preferred
