Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing comapny in Mansfield to identify an Accounting Assistant, focusing on Accounts Payable and Payroll responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing invoices including vendor contact and issue resolution
• Managing weekly check runs
• Payroll assistance
• Reconciling credit card bills
  
• Back-up for Accounts Receivable and Purchase Orders processing

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
  
• 2+ years' experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable or Payroll
  
• General accounting knowledge and understanding (GAAP)
