OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- Monitor and manage financial aspects of grants, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to grantors.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
