Our client is currently seeking a Controller to lead their Accounting Department and bring strong leadership and technical expertise to the team!

Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Take full ownership of the month-end close process.
• Prepare and oversee month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Lead the year-end audit process.
• Evaluate and optimize current processes, implementing improvements as needed.
• Supervise a team of 5, including AP/AR Specialists and Staff/Senior Accountants.

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, as the company may undergo an upgrade.
