- Manage balance sheet and bank account reconciliations.
- Provide payroll and grant accounting support as needed.
- Process Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Execute month end close activities.
- Post journal entries to the GL.
- Handle accrual accounting.
- Assist external auditors, lenders, and investors.
- Administrative Tasks: Organize documents, file, and perform other office duties as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in full-cycle accounting.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with NetSuite, grant accounting, and payroll is advantageous but not mandatory.
