Job Title: Controller

The Controller will lead and oversee the accounting operations for the organization, ensuring the financial health and integrity of the company. Salary

Starting $180,000 - Depending on Experience!

Controller Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including general ledger management, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other related reporting functions.
  • Optimize and manage internal accounting processes to guarantee timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
  • Establish and enforce financial policies and internal controls, ensuring adherence to industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to lead the annual budgeting process, and provide financial forecasts to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, recognizing trends, variances, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, overseeing the preparation and submission of financial reports and tax documents.
  • Work closely with various internal departments to manage intercompany transactions, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and maintain effective cash flow management.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of financial systems, and identify opportunities for process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Coordinate and manage external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with GAAP and healthcare-related regulatory requirements.
