We are a fast-growing medical company seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent CFO, Market Assistant to join our team. Our company is a leading innovator in the medical field, and we are looking for a professional who can bring a wealth of financial knowledge and strategic vision to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting and financial management, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry's unique challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent CFO, Market Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems.
  2. Developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers to the executive team.
  4. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  5. Leading and managing the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  6. Engaging with stakeholders, including investors and board members, to provide financial updates and strategic recommendations.
  7. Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  8. Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation, ensuring the company is always compliant.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strongly preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  4. Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions for the company.
  5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
  7. A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its financial complexities.
  8. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
