Details:Contract Duration: 12 months+Onsite 5 days a weekRate: Up to 26/hr.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.At least 1 year of experience in desktop support or similar IT role.1 year of experience in basic troubleshooting for networks (WAN/LAN), VPN, and desktops.Must know how to use Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Basic understanding of Microsoft Network Infrastructure.Strong attention to detail is needed.Must be able to identify and solve problems by evaluating different options.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.Good communication and customer service skills, including active listening, are important.This position does not offer sponsorship.
