QA LeadRate-$55-62/HR. on W2(Only W2 consultants)Location-Dallas, TX (3 Days onsite)Must HaveAWS services, Microservices & Data migration activitiesMinimum 15+ Years of Test Lead experience in driving Application & Backend Systems Integration Testing to include functional, automation, regression, API testing, Database testing, Performance & Load and Mobile TestingThe teamAs a part of Product Engineering Services practice, we are looking for talented QA Lead to join us to contribute to practice initiatives and keep current in the latest technology developments in the Cloud and Product Engineering space.The roleAlign to the overall guidance and direction from the Program Management and NAQ Platform Product Development Teams.Leads the development of Test Strategies, Methodologies and Standard processes for all NAQ Platform work streams by analyzing the business requirements to ensure testability, traceability and end-to-end business process coverage.Define testing scope and approach, including test data management, for all NAQ Platform products by partnering with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders.Develop Test Plans aligned to project scope, work plans, schedules, milestones and critical paths and identify staffing needs to execute to the test plan.Lead and drive test automation suite creation, adoption and implementation for faster turnaround on regression validations for code deployments.Lead the Platform QA teams in SIT execution, monitor the testing processes and inspect the outcomes to ensure the quality of products meet business needs.Oversee and address critical issues, defects, dependencies, and risks related to testing.Ensure Quality metrics are tracked and reported across testing phases.Using Zephyr and JIRA tools for Test Management planning, tracking and reporting.Create and publish timely reports and documentation to show testing progress to management.What youll bringMinimum 15+ Years of Test Lead experience in driving Application & Backend Systems Integration Testing to include functional, automation, regression, API testing, Database testing, Performance & Load and Mobile TestingMinimum 6+ Years of experience leading Automation Testing Team developed on open-source toolsExperienced in creating the User journey driven Testing scenarios for backend integrations and handling test data managementRequired leadership Skills to manage Offshore QA Team membersExperienced with automation tools like Selenium using JavaFamiliar with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins), Code Coverage (Sonarqube)Experienced in using Test Management Software packages/tools such as JIRA, ZephyrExcellent communication and presentation skillsGoal Oriented with a Product Mindset to achieve outcomes
