Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent5-7 years of relevant experience in project management, with proven success in leading teams and managing projectsSkills and Knowledge Requirements:Proven experience managing M&A transactions and large-scale IT projects, including systems integration, application upgrades, and data migrationExperience building and developing a PMO, including establishing project governance, processes, and standard methodologiesAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical domainsPMP certificationExperience with ERP systems needed (Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus)Experience in a products industryStrong Problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills and analytical abilitiesStrong meeting facilitation skills at all levels of the companyAbility to quickly learn evolving technologies and productsSmartsheets experience heavily preferredDay-To-DayTo perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Problem Solving:
