Job Title: Project Manager Duration: 12 Months Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003-2295 (Hybrid) Job Description: IDEAL CANDIDATES Past experience in either: Recent large-scale website design/redesign experience with upgrades or conversions, or: Recent large-scale constituent or customer management systems experience with managing the creation, upgrade, or conversion, ,or: Recent large-scale time tracking experience with managing the creation, upgrade, or conversion, or: Recent large-scale experience managing the implementation or remediation of security tools, or: Recent large-scale experience working with mobile device management Ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively. Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other project management certifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Adherence to the Governance process by engaging stakeholders, preparing status reports, and conducting executive briefings . Conduct project planning exercises to successfully deliver the project . Vendor Management tasks including deliverable acceptance, milestone payment, contract adherence, and escalations . Budget Management and tracking . Create, track, and deliver project timelines, tasks, and metrics . MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Seven (7) years as project lead with experience in technology projects involving multiple computer subsystems. Recent large-scale website design/redesign experience with upgrades or conversion. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted. All finalists for positions are subject to a criminal background check applicable to the department or position. Ability to be on-site as required by the project needs and project team activities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS The minimum qualifications listed above, plus: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other project management certifications.
