Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Duties:
- Assist the Controller in overseeing all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
