We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation to lead our new business pipeline generation efforts with enterprise and high-growth organizations around the world. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will focus on earning trust and mindshare with our best-fit accounts, winning new customers, and helping drive expansion and growth efforts.

The ideal candidate must have a solid marketing background in B2B SaaS, along with top-notch skills driving ABX programs and running integrated campaigns across the customer journey that drive quality engagements, pipeline, and revenue. You must be able to balance near-term and long-term goals, have solid brand and content marketing chops, be obsessed with data, and enjoy innovating fearlessly. You must also have a passion for building and scaling businesses by identifying the intersection of customer pain points, market needs, and product value.

The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - demonstrating the curiosity, analytical thinking, integrity, and propensity for action that will be a force multiplier across our team, our business, and our customers. It requires someone who is an excellent communicator and storyteller, analytical thinker, and can run multiple initiatives simultaneously. A passion for generative AI and transformation technologies is a must.

Responsibilities And Ownership

  • Translate business goals and objectives into quarterly and annual targets and plans.
  • Create end-to-end persona- and use-case focused playbooks and content that map to the SaaS buying journey.
  • Execute delightful and repeatable ABM campaigns to reach target enterprise accounts and buying committees.
  • Drive enterprise-focused demand generation initiatives across various channels to generate qualified leads, pipeline and revenue - including digital marketing, SEM/SEO, content marketing, events, website, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to create useful and share-worthy content that resonates with our best-fit buyers.
  • Build out and promote the peer reviews program, along with proof points and customer testimonials that highlight Enlyft competitive differentiation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and conversion, maximize ROI, and continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Lead the marketing efforts around key product announcements and releases.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in ABM, demand generation, and data compliance regulations. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
  • Work cross functionally to drive alignment and develop strong relationships within marketing and with sales, product and CS.
  • Be a subject matter expert and spokesperson on Enlyft products, technology, and value - regularly present internally, to customers, and at industry conferences.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation/growth marketing experience, with 5 years leading high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing growth marketing campaigns
  • Subject matter expert on ABM, with showcase examples of your enterprise programs.
  • Experience driving digitally based marketing programs, including SEM/SEO, ABM, email nurture, and webinars and events.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong bias for execution - skilled at translating business needs into digital strategy and driving that strategy across cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to generate buy-in for ideas and plans .
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities and possessing a data-driven mindset.
  • Superb project management skills and confidence to work within a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions in the face of ambiguity, and iterate fast.
  • Working knowledge of modern martech and ABM tools: Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Outreach, Power BI, Gong, etc.
  • Experience leading a BDR/SDR team and owning an outbound pipeline number preferred, but not required.
  • BA or BS required, MBA or another advanced degree a plus.
