An Emergency Room Licensed Practical Nurse (ER LPN) plays a vital role in delivering patient care in the often fast-paced and high-pressure environment of an emergency department. In this role, ensuring patients receive efficient, compassionate care is paramount.

The LPN triages patients based on severity of condition, conducting initial patient evaluations, including vital signs and medical history, and using basic nursing duties such as administering injections, taking vitals, and providing wound care. Must be able to communicate with a wide audience and to work in an ever-changing environment.
