By delivering harmonized data, trusted AI, and faster innovation, we uplift and empower our customers—and our customers’ customers—to make better, more confident decisions.What You'll DoEstablish and drive innovative vision, strategic planning, and delivery for all Oracle Fusion capabilities globally.Develop the business aligned application strategy via collaboration with Senior IT Leadership and other senior business stakeholders.Lead the execution of end-to-end implementations, from system design through integration stage and support & maintenance.Oversee staff of professionals within development, support, project management, and communications.Manage overall Oracle Cloud Fusion ecosystem and lead the SDLC process.Serve as key Oracle cloud technology leader, influencing solution architecture.Oversee data quality, system integration, and solution personalization efforts.Identify strategic improvement opportunities and align them to business imperatives.Provide subject matter expertise and champion the adoption of new features within Oracle Cloud.Ensure compliance with local regulations and develop contingency plans.Manage integrations to and from the Oracle Cloud technology ecosystem.Partner with peers within the global IT organization to manage boundary systems.Offer strategies around utilization of AI technologies.Coach, mentor, and guide employees through their career development.Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle Cloud Applications.What Makes You a Qualified CandidateBS/BA degree or equivalent experience.7-10+ years of experience with implementing, managing, and enhancing Oracle cloud applications.3-5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful global technology teams.10+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform cloud solutions.What You'll Bring5-10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion cloud platforms.Advanced technical knowledge of core Oracle Cloud platform configurations.Why We Think You’ll Love TeradataWe prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
