The world’s top companies across every major industry trust Teradata to improve business performance, enrich customer experiences, and fully integrate data across the enterprise.What You'll DoEstablish and drive innovative vision, strategic planning, and delivery for all Oracle Fusion capabilities globally.Develop the business aligned application strategy via working with Senior IT Leadership and other senior business stakeholders.Lead the execution of end-to-end implementations, from system design through integration stage and support & maintenance.Oversee staff of professionals within development, support, project management, and communications to internal leadership and vendors.Understand, communicate, and influence how Oracle Cloud IT application technology can be leveraged to help the company efficiently grow and transform.Stay ahead of changing technology trends and demonstrate experience with leveraging out of the box capabilities to solve business challenges and opportunities.Manage overall Oracle Cloud Fusion ecosystem (including cloud technology platform services, ERP, EPM and Financial modules) and lead the SDLC process for the Oracle Cloud Platform.Serve as key Oracle cloud technology leader, influencing solution architecture.Understand business drivers and capabilities and determine corresponding solutions, designs, and influences change requirements.Oversee data quality and accuracy, system integration, and solution personalization efforts.Identify strategic improvement opportunities and align them to business imperatives.Provide subject matter expertise and industry leading trends, methodologies, tools, and techniques.Champion the adoption of new features and capabilities within Oracle Cloud to enhance business processes.Ensure compliance with local regulations, security policies, industry standards, and company policies.Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions or delays.Oversee platform security posture and improvements, remediating any identified vulnerabilities.Manage all integrations to and from the Oracle Cloud technology ecosystem.Partner with peers within the global IT organization to manage boundary systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, BI, etc.).Offer strategies around utilization of AI technologies and capabilities to drive new services and efficiencies.Work collaboratively with Project/Program Managers in all aspects of initiatives.Coach, mentor, and guide employees through their career development.Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle Cloud Applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.Manage relationships with Oracle and other third-party vendors.What Makes You a Qualified CandidateBS/BA degree or equivalent experience.7-10+ years of experience with implementing, managing, and enhancing Oracle cloud applications and platform technologies.3-5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful global technology teams.10+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform cloud solutions and systems consolidations.What You'll BringAble to create complex operational processes and procedures cross-functionally.5-10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion cloud platforms with advanced technical knowledge.Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud experience.Why We Think You’ll Love TeradataWe prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
