By delivering harmonized data, trusted AI, and faster innovation, we uplift and empower our customers—and our customers’ customers—to make better, more confident decisions.What You'll DoEstablish and drive innovative vision, strategic planning, and delivery for all Oracle Fusion capabilities globally.Develop the business-aligned application strategy by working with Senior IT Leadership and other senior business stakeholders.Lead the execution of end-to-end implementations, from system design through integration stage and support & maintenance.Oversee staff of professionals within development, support, project management, and communications to internal leadership and vendors.Manage overall Oracle Cloud Fusion ecosystem, including cloud technology platform services, ERP, EPM, and Financial modules.Serve as key Oracle cloud technology leader, influencing solution architecture.Oversee data quality and accuracy, system integration, and solution personalization efforts.Identify strategic improvement opportunities and align them to business imperatives.Ensure compliance with local regulations, security policies, industry standards, and company policies.Manage all integrations to and from the Oracle Cloud technology ecosystem.Coach, mentor, and guide employees through their career development.Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle Cloud Applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.What Makes You a Qualified CandidateBS/BA degree or equivalent experience.7-10+ years of experience with implementing, managing, and enhancing Oracle cloud applications and platform technologies.3-5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful global technology teams.10+ years of experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform cloud solutions and systems consolidations.What You'll Bring5-10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion cloud platforms.Advanced technical knowledge of core Oracle Cloud platform configurations and standard practices.Why We Think You’ll Love TeradataWe prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
