Administrative Assistant
for a client in Orange. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and have experience supporting event coordination. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work outside of normal business hours as needed.Normal business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday's 8:30am-4:00pm. Pay range of $18-$20 DOE.
Responsibilities:
Support projects as assigned by President/CEOCorrespondence with phones and emailsPrepare and develop agendas, schedules, and meetingsHandle accounts receivable, financials and depositsData entry and file maintenancePrepare event financial reports and assist with budgetingDesign promotional materials and implement marketing strategiesOrganize press releases and notifications for eventsMonitor and order office supplies as neededAttend special events after hours or weekends as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of administrative/secretary experienceKnowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, CanvaQuickBooks experience - preferredMust have excellent written and verbal communicational skillsMust be able to handle internal and public relations
