Specific Duties/Requirements:Provides high-level executive support to Director of Field Service and several field executives.Regularly interacts with internal or external customers, management or executives to answer questions and supply information.Uses discretion when handling confidential information.Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.Support special projects, events and fundraisers.Create and print flyers for recruitment, programs and field events.Oversee printer and postage machine supply orders and service calls.Data entry for purchase orders and cash register.Open, sort, type mail log and distribute incoming correspondence.General clerical duties such as printing, scanning, fax and mailing.Serves as backup to Executive and Development Assistant on projects and/or special events.Other duties as assigned.Essential Experiences, Skills and Competencies of the Assistant:

Minimum 2 years of office experience.Education Level- High school diploma with some advanced level education preferred.Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.Desired Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with an emphasis in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point.Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities.Competent in multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously.Exceptional customer service abilities with experience in customer interaction roles.Office experience preferred.Job Details:
