**Job Description:**

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and document progress- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans- Maintain accurate and timely patient records- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Uphold professional standards in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
