YourRole:
Responsibility for prospecting, developing, and closing Pointof Care (POC) Informatics business, both standalone and as part of a POCsolutions sale opportunity, through prospecting and calls/meetings with all potentialand established customers in the designated sales geography.
You Will:
• Lead sales process for prospective andqualified Informatics opportunities, both standalone and as part of a solutionssale opportunity, within the designated sales geography. This includes but is not limited toqualifying leads generated from tradeshows, Account Executives (AEs), InsideSales and any other sales staff.
• Work in conjunction with the KeyAccount Executive (KAE) and associated AEs to coordinate the Informatics sellingprocess and collaborate with the necessary Siemens Healthineers (SHS) salesteams to ensure effective selling strategies and relationships are in place andimplemented.
• Function as the subject matter experton all Informatics opportunities within the designated territory.
• Work closely with the InformaticsSales Integration Manager (SIM) to effectively drive the Informatics salesprocess administration through all the steps of the sales cycle.
• Work closely with the Technical SaleInformatics Engineer (TSIE) to ensure that all the technical aspects andquestions that arise during a sales opportunity are answered and so providingcustomers with all necessary support to ensure business success.
• Meet and exceed revenue objectives byimplementing and executing effective sales strategies and drives accuraterevenue forecasts to achieve maximum results.
• Execute upon Sales and MarketingStrategic Imperatives established by Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Utilize strategic selling techniquesto conduct a thorough needs assessment, and then effectively communicate usinga solution focused presentation to demonstrate the value proposition of our POCsolutions, with a focus on Informatics.
• Complete administrative tasks(including but not limited to forecasting, training modules, and reporting) arecompleted promptly and accurately, and control expenses
• Utilize sales tools and CRM (CustomerRelationship Management) systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines,and forecast accurately.
• Stay current on industry trends,competitive offerings, and regulatory requirements to effectively position oursolutions in the market.
• Participate in trade shows,conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and expandnetwork connections as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams including project management, marketing / product management, andcustomer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successfulimplementations.
Your Expertise:
• Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Provenexperience selling and delivering to healthcare providers in:
• ITExperience
• HealthcareInformatics, Business Intelligence and Analytics AND either of the following:
• Clinicaland Quality Operations
• Point-of-Care/LaboratoryDiagnostics
• 8+years in an information technology department or sales role, and/or 8 + yearsin a Quality, Administrative department, or salesrole with a proven track record in successfully project managing and closingcomplex software sales in large and enterprise accounts.
• Proven success managing and exceedinga quota responsibility of at least $3 million in sales and ideally demonstrating success in closingcomplex Informatics sales opportunities e.g. clinical healthcare IT deals thatexceed $10 million in booking revenue.
• Proven consultative selling success,showcasing the skills to uncover customer needs and position solutionsaccordingly
• Excellent communication, negotiation,and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteand CRM software (e.g., Salesforce / Shareville)
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time
• Proven contract negotiation skills andexperience
• Ability to motivate and inspire othersto exceed their goals
• Geographically accessible toterritory; must reside in assigned territory

The pay range for this position is $95,000-$120,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. The annual incentive target is $76,000.
