About our opportunity

The Zone Emerging Market Executive is afield sales position dedicated to selling a new MRI scanner solution designedto reach new markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an individualthat is highly competitive, has a desire to own and drive a unique MR solution,capable of building out a new market place, desires top income, works well in ateam-selling environment and strives to win and be successful. We are searchingfor top sales professionals looking to build their own franchise and realizevirtually uncapped earnings potential.
- The territory this role will support is the West Zone (Seattle Region, Denver Region, SF Region, LARegion)

• Achieve business objectivesfor assigned territory (for example, penetration of account withproduct/solution/service offerings).
• Guide the developmentand execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assignedbusiness goals and budgets.
• Develop, build andcultivate long-term relationships with key management within the customerorganization.
• Assist management indevising sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets and operatingplans for product sales channels.
• Lead territory teamreviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customerconditions, and competitive activity.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
• BS/BA in relateddiscipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
• Sales experience intohospital environment.
• Experience carryinglarge quotas and working with long sales cycles as well as demonstrated successat meeting and exceeding those quotas.
• Successful track recordof meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Success in emergingmarkets or with customers outside of hospitals.
Bonus points if you have
• Specific experience selling diagnostic imaging.
• 5+ years' experience in sales role, medical capitalpreferred.
• Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling,Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.
• Technical background in MR preferred.

Siemens Healthineers offers avariety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holidaypay. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: https://www.benefitsquickstart.com/siemens/index.html. The base salaryrange for this position is $87,000-$119,000 USD. Actual compensation packagesare based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set,experience, certifications, and location. This is commission-based salesrole with an at-plan variable compensation target of $115,000 USD.
