Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to deliver outstanding onsite support for a client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to approximately 15 in-office uand 30-60 remote u . Your duties will include endpoint support and lifecycle management tasks such as troubleshooting, imaging, patching, decommissioning, and software updates. The ideal candidate will have a go getter personality and excellent customer service skills.

This is a contract position ranging from $18-20 hourly.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ Years of experience in a help desk roleExperience with handling tier 1 and 2 tickets in a Microsoft environmentHardware experience: troubleshooting, imaging, decommissioning, patchingSoftware experience: Transferring data, updating software, troubleshootingExperience utilizing a ticketing system

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience providing support in a retail environmentBachelor's degree in Information Technology or relatedRelated certifications
