We are looking for a super-talented Senior Underwriter with extensive experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance to join our client's team in Lakewood, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk assessment, underwriting guidelines, and P&C insurance policies. You will be responsible for underwriting complex cases, analyzing risk, and making informed decisions to ensure profitability. Responsibilities:
Underwrite and assess risks for Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance policies.Analyze client information, financials, and risk factors to determine coverage terms.Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.Collaborate with brokers, agents, and clients to manage underwriting decisions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.Qualifications:
Extensive experience in P&C insurance underwriting.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work in-office in Lakewood, NJ.Proven track record of managing complex underwriting cases.
