We're seeking a Title 1 Director to join our team in Brooklyn. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Title 1 programs to support student achievement.Oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of Title 1 initiatives.Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure effective program implementation.Monitor Title 1 budget allocations and expenditures.Provide professional development and support to educators on Title 1 guidelines and strategies.Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations related to Title 1 programs.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education or related field.Certification in Educational Leadership or Administration preferred.Previous experience in Title 1 program management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing Title 1 programs.
