The
Media Systems Engineer
will provide solutions for Show Services, Touring and Integration as needed.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
Work from manufacturer documentation, operation manuals, technical bulletins, schematics, and other similar documentation.Work with New Media Management on all New Media projects from design, build, and deployment.Must have an understanding of networking practices and ability to set up network infrastructures.Maintain and manage all rental software licenses and upgrades.Develop computer images on new system builds.Research available sources to maintain awareness of new technology and equipment suited to customer requirements and make recommendations as to benefits and cost associated with acquisition.Develop and submit design for new computer systems or software for review by management. Build authorized systems for subsequent review and rental.Design system layout, wiring, and documentation through the development of schematics and prints.Communicate with field technicians or customers to assist with the diagnosis of the type and extent of problems with systems in the field. Make suggestions as to the adjustment of set ups, alignments, or other operating modifications.Travel to customer or event sites to conduct service calls and repair equipment, as required.Able to work with media software, such as video editing, VOIP, IPTV, and media streaming.Configure and develop digital interactive solutions.Other duties as pertaining to the job and as are assigned and/or deemed necessary.
Base Salary Range:
$23.90/hr-$35.42/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
