Insurance Verification Specialist - Remote

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a major medical insurance provider client seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist based in Dallas-Fort Worth area. As the Insurance Verification Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administration of the team’s benefit verifications and investigations. You will oversee the team’s production, and customer needs, address concerns and provide support in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the specialty pharmacy, medical insurance or reimbursement industries. Requirements for the Insurance Verification Specialist:
• 2+ years of experience in the specialty pharmacy, medical insurance or reimbursement industries (Blizzard Season)
• Background in benefit verifications and investigations
• Experience working in a call center environment, a plus
• Experience as a Lead is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work any shift between 8am and 8pm EST

•Candidates must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Compensation for the Insurance Verification Specialist:
• 4-month Contract assignment with potential to extend
• Location: Dallas-Fort Worth - Remote
• Pay: $19-21/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
