Material Handler

Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Material Handler!Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with agricultural, municipal, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods. The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials within the warehouse and yard. This role supports production, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures a safe and organized workspaceBecause we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for a Material Handler who can meet the following essential functions of the position: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and accompanying documentsOperate forklifts to safely load, unload, and move materials of various sizesStore materials in designated warehouse or yard locations following company proceduresTrack and document all material movement using internal softwarePrepare and kit materials for production requests and shipping to external sitesPerform inventory counts and reconcile discrepanciesMaintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and yard areasOperate power tools and hand tools as necessaryFollow all safety protocols and company policiesDemonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alikeComply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practicesWork well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlinesDemonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisorsDemonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasksArrive to work on time and maintain good attendanceMaintain good organization skillsPerform other related duties as assignedThe Material Handler has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.BENEFITSMedical, dental, vision insurance and 401k with employer matchingFSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account)Paid time off and paid holidays (including 2 floating holidays)Disability Insurance as well as Life/AD&D InsuranceTuition reimbursementCasual work attireEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Experience operating forklifts, and ability to pass and maintain safety certification requirementsComprehensive PC skills, including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GEDMust have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English languageADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWage range for this role is between $18.00 - $28.00/hourlyDiscretionary bonusEmployees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
