Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Materials Handler!

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with agricultural, municipal, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.

The Materials Handler will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and control of materials within our facility. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a team, ensure accuracy in inventory management, and support continuous improvement in materials handling processes.

Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materialsEnsure accurate and timely documentation of all materials transactionsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levelsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in materials handlingCollaborate with other departments to streamline operations and reduce wasteAssist in the development and implementation of materials handling proceduresOperate and maintain material handling equipmentPrioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectivesDemonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alikeComply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practicesWork well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlinesDemonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisorsDemonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasksArrive to work on time and maintain good attendanceMaintain good organization skillsPerform other related duties as assignedThis position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in materials handling or warehouse operationsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesProficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office SuiteAbility to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safelyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyMinimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GEDMust have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English languagePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and manual handling of materialsComfortable working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variationsADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Discretionary bonusThe range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
