We are seeking a talented Commercial Enterprise Data Integrity Analyst to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.The Commercial Enterprise Data Integrity Analyst will be a key point of contact to ensure all trade entry data is entered accurately and timely into our ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system. The position will work closely with and support the Trading, Risk, Middle Office and Compliance teams. The Analyst will review trades and pricing data, assist Traders in resolving issues, run health checks, and make sure data in the Enterprise system is accurate.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :Troubleshooting any interface errors in ETRM system/Datawarehouse and coordinating with the relevant team for resolution.Oversee data validation processes and health checks for accuracy and timeliness.Act as an escalation point for issue and exception resolution across Enterprise focused on Commercial trading.Validate the daily snapshot ran successfully and work with IT support to resolve, if any exceptions exist.Manage the creation/updates of master data elements including new products and cross-references in Enterprise. Ensuring consistency across Datawarehouse, ETRM system, and other adjacent systems.Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Prepare and present reports on KPIs to senior management.Coordinate with traders to resolve any discrepancies or errors in deal entry and ensure the enforcement of the trader checkout report.Troubleshoot any pricing interface errors and work with the relevant teams for resolution.Review the DoD exposure change report in conjunction with the risk group.Work with the Traders to resolve any issues with trades that have a significant MtM (outside a predetermined limit).Act as the first line of ETRM system support for the front office.Review and validate deal entry in ETRM system.Support PBF’s internal control environment to ensure compliance with all risk policies and trading controls.Ensure front office desk manuals and SOPs are up to date.Assist in the development and automation of processes and procedures for enterprise data integrity.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or Supply Chain Management.1+ years minimum of experience using or implementing a major ETRM system.3+ years minimum in energy trading operations or the crude and refined products industry.Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, trading strategies, and supply chain management.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with a collaborative team.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with management.We thank all respondents for their interest in PBF Holding Company LLC (“PBF Energy”), however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
