Business Process ManagerPBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Business Process Manager to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.The Manager of Business Process is responsible for working with internal stakeholders in the identification, development and implementation of business process solutions which improve efficiency and effectiveness in the management and monitoring of PBF business & performance. This individual will also provide support to line managers on special projects in a diversity of areas.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIESPBF Data Warehouse Project Management -

Create competitive advantage for PBF through the delivery of financial and operational performance measurement and management solution leveraging business intelligence and portal technology. Business processes deployed and supporting systems solutions must be documented, sustainable, scalable, SOX compliant and aligned with the long-term enterprise strategic direction.Organizational Alignment Across Departments –

Establish and maintain an understanding of the shared information and business process needs between Commercial, Accounting and Refining such that delivered solutions support all users. This approach requires facilitation to establish alignment across departments to ensure business processes are effective and cost efficient.Special Project Support -

Provide support to line managers in areas to including:

Management reporting and analysisCommercial systemsSOX complianceMargin optimization and cost controlRefinery charge and yield accountingHydrocarbon loss controlM&A integrationUtilitiesOther areas and assignments as requested

JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, audit and/or information technologies studies preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Minimum of 5 years related accounting, business process improvement and project management experience within the oil refining industry required.Extensive knowledge and experience with commercial, accounting and refinery business practices within the refining and marketing industry and demonstrated ability to facilitate change management across departments.ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.FOR SERIOUS CONSIDERATION, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SALARY REQUIREMENTS.
